Facilities

TWO BOXING RINGS

Upstairs, you'll discover our expansive boxing area with various training equipment, including bags, double-ended balls, and speed balls. It's a spacious zone perfect for shadowboxing, pad work, and partner drills. But that's not all – in our most recent extension, we've added a separate Muay Thai area. We provide Thai pads, focus pads, kick shields and belly pads for our classes if you don't have your own.

We take pride in being one of the few gyms in Brisbane equipped with two boxing rings. Our facilities include a competition-size ring and a smaller one ideal for refining inside fighting techniques.

And if you thought that was it, downstairs houses our athletes' strength and conditioning haven. This functional space boasts three squat racks and a plethora of equipment such as bumper plates, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and more. It's not just a workout space; we also conduct group strength and conditioning classes here.

Oh, and don't forget, our gym is strategically located on a hill. Prepare for hill sprints as they're an integral part of the fighters' programming!

What you need to bring!

When attending our boxing sessions you’ll need to bring the following: hand wraps, gloves, towel, water bottle. When attending sparring sessions, you’ll need a groin guard (males) / mouth guard / head gear / 16oz gloves are a must!

Our Classes

This session is designed for experienced boxers wanting to develop and compete as an amateur boxer. Please speak with a coach before attending this session.

This session will teach you the fundamentals of the sport whilst getting into great shape. The session is open to both novice and experienced boxers.

Our S&C sessions are specifically designed to turn you into an athlete. The sessions will help develop speed, explosive rotational power and fight conditioning. Sessions are open to all fitness levels.

This session covers 3 key things: Balance - flexibility and mobility which are fundamental requirements for fighter training in both boxing & Muay Thai. If you lack in any of these areas, then this class is for you.

The session will consist of sparring conditions, which are designed to help develop boxing IQ and fight tactics. The session is open to all levels. We recommend you know the basics before attending sparring sessions.

Our classes are designed to learn the art of Muay Thai and its array of techniques in a fun and energetic environment where you will be sure to get a great workout. We cater for all levels of skill and fitness, from having no experience - up to fighter preparation at the highest level. We have clear and defined pathways for the select few interested in competing.

A 60-minute class covering fundamentals (suitable for beginners), fight stance, basic footwork, defence & guard, basics of punching, kicking, knees and elbows as well as holding pads.

Our Basic Sparring & Drills classes involve partnering with shin guards on, gloves and mouth guards, learning the fundamentals of sparring & drills.

Our Pads & Clinch classes involve partnering up and alternating between hitting and holding pads whilst learning clinch work including knee and elbow techniques.

Clinch is a form of stand-up grappling for when you're in close range of your opponent. This is where you learn to control your partner using their body weight to create openings for knee and elbows.

Our Pads & Technique classes involve partnering up and alternating between hitting and holding pads whilst learning different techniques and combinations.

All level supervised sparring - bring 14-16oz gloves, shin pads and mouth guard + groin guard for males.

Our junior & teens classes cover the fundamentals of Muay Thai form, technique and execution. Our classes teach discipline, honour, respect and self-defence.
